WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A CHILDCARE
Our Policy
Many studies show that children’s first five years set the foundation for the rest of their life. Considering this tremendous impact, we have tried to create a place where those first years can be a positive and beneficial experience for each and every child in our care.
We work to create an atmosphere where each child knows they are loved and will be treated fairly and with respect even when their outer behavior may need to be redirected. We believe that the culture of a child becomes the teacher of the child and therefore we encourage older children to help younger children and to be aware of the most powerful way to teach a child is by an example, we not only encourage positive virtues in the children but we also try to exhibit them ourselves. An important part of a child’s life is their family, therefore we strive to create strong and positive relationships with the families as well.
Knowing the tremendous impact the early years have on a child, it is our goal to provide a supportive environment where we work together with the parents to make each child’s first five years is a positive and beneficial experience that will create a solid foundation for the rest of their life.

- Art (inspired reggio philosophy) exploring with arts , creativity, freedom in using colors ,and material
- Design environment : story in the environment , using material that they can use independently , giving options and choices, challenging environment for physical and social development
- Culture and events diversity (holidays and events for all cultures specially culture of children in the class. The purpose is not just having fun but getting familiar with different cultures and diversity. Geography and countries, bring visitors from different countries , volunteer parents , roots of things ( where does that come from) . using something fun to learn about culture. Fieldtrip . using objects to introduce culture
